We have been awarded just over £5,000 from Kingston Council Neighbourhood Grants and The Beatrice Laing Trust towards new mechanical equipment for our students.
Car mechanics is very popular at our school and a number of former students have gone on to follow a career in the motor mechanics industry. This funding will enable us to purchase a range of specialist equipment for our brand new mechanics facility. This project will give our young people valuable vocational skills to support their employability and help them transition into adulthood and the workplace.
