St Philip’s celebrates the life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
On Wednesday 14th September we held a whole school assembly to celebrate the life of Queen Elizabeth II and to reflect on the values that she held so dearly, such as respect, tolerance and dedication. These are all values that we try to promote at St Philip’s and it was very moving to hear the thoughts of the students during the assembly and to see every student respect the silent reflection time we held at the end of the assembly.
The students from St Philips Post-16 visited Hook Library to sign the book of condolences, they also laid flowers in the memorial garden at the Guildhall in Kingston.
