St Philip’s School is a special educational needs school for young people aged 9 -19 years. All our students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

St Philip’s School is committed to providing our pupils with an individual approach to learning that is specific to their needs
Primary pupils at St Philip’s have been studying Islam in their RE lessons and were recently welcomed to explore Kingston Mosque. Whilst on the trip they saw parts of the Mosque, tried on clothing and copied letters from the Arabic alphabet. A particular highlight was learning and trying out the washing routine that Muslims do before praying. When we got back to school we made a mind-map of everything that we had learned – see below.
