Jack Petchey Award winners
Congratulations to our Jack Petchey Award winners who attended the Kingston Achievement Award event on Monday 14th October at the Rose Theatre. The Mayor of Kingston presented certificates and medals to students from schools across the borough and we were delighted that St Philip’s had five students and one adult volunteer receiving awards.
Our five students who received awards were Marcus, Reggie, Vlad, Jessica and Ben. We were also delighted that Jack Foster, who has volunteered with the Post-16 students in their horticulture sessions for the last five years, was also recognised with a Leader’s Award for his dedication.
It was a wonderful evening, with lots of inspirational stories and successes from so many young people across the borough.
What is Jack Petchey?
